Raise Your Voice (RYV) including ‘Better Singing Online Courses’, is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information which it collects, holds and administers.

This Privacy Policy sets out what personal and sensitive information RYV collects and how RYV collects, uses, stores, discloses and secures the information of its customers (present and past) and members of the public.

By providing personal information to RYV, consent is given for its use, storage and disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy. RYV will always do its utmost to ensure that personal information is respected and protected.

Names and email address may be used to organise and deliver my activities and/or for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What information is collected and what it is used for

Collection of Personal information includes a broad range of information, or an opinion, that could identify an individual. The personal information I may collect, for example when you purchase a course, may include, but is not limited to: Full name, email, address, phone number, emergency contacts, credit card details for payments.

I may use your name and email address for communication about the course, maintaining records and tracking progress.

For online courses and classes, personal information is stored within the Thinkific Labs Inc Learning Platform .

I do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal Information to other companies (other than to specific Thinkific customers I may be interacting with) for the marketing of their own products or services.

I am committed to safeguarding your privacy and personal information and will take all reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

I will delete all personal information when a customer requests us to do this.
